Wire Erosion Block
In our stock, for your urgent needs, we have wire erosion blocks made from 1.2379 quality material, ready and at a hardness of 59-60 HRC. Cuts are made in the direction of rolling for thickness measurements. Subsequently, surface cleaning is done, followed by grinding and then a hole for the wire is opened. It is hardened with high-temperature quenching to be suitable for EDM processes.
Stock dimensions are; 50*200*200--60*200*200--70*200*200------------100*200*200. Thicknesses have a 1-2 mm positive tolerance. We can also prepare sizes other than these upon your request.
