Toolox 33

Toolox33 is supplied in a hardened and tempered condition, having undergone stress-relieving treatment for high toughness and dimensional stability. With its enhanced carbide morphology, Toolox33 offers excellent machinability. It can be machined 25% faster than 1.2312 and 45% faster than 1.2738. Thanks to its low carbon content, it's easily weldable. Ready-to-use with a hardness of 310 HBW, Toolox33 offers high toughness, structure cleanliness in ESR quality, and has superior polishability and pattern capability. It is used as an engineering material in plastic injection, rubber molds, and machine manufacturing. With appropriate surface treatment, it extends the service life of the mold or part.
