Anviloy
The most common damages in casting molds are corrosion and thermal fatigue cracks. Product quality is affected by non-homogeneous heat distribution, which can lead to adhesion or changes in microstructure. ANVILOY® products are the best-known solution to these problems thanks to their tungsten and molybdenum content. The use of ANVILOY® Tungsten alloy in the casting process can both increase quality and reduce operation costs. In traditional methods, erosion is inevitable. Moreover, breaks due to thermal fatigue are frequently encountered.
ANVILOY® is a special brand of a group of Tungsten + Molybdenum alloys specially developed by the Weldstone Group.
The most frequently used Anviloy materials in the Metal Injection sector are;
- ANVILOY® 1050,
- ANVILOY® 1150,
- ANVILOY® 1350.
Anviloy Characteristic Features
- High dissolution resistance
- Retains its hardness at high temperatures
- High strength at high temperatures
- Good thermal conductivity
- Good machinability
- Easily machinable
