Message from our Founder
Dear friends,
I am now in my seventeenth year at ARAS Steel, the second phase of my journey in team and mold steel that began in 1981. Thanks to our good relations with you, we continue to walk this long journey together with the same determination without compromising our disciplined and quality service approach.
Since the day I started, I have always thought, "How can I do this?" I never even thought, "This won't work." I always focused on the full side of the glass, I didn't ignore the empty side, but I didn't let it demotivate me. I am aware that due to the market conditions we are in, we need to work patiently and diligently to succeed.
It's not possible not to be affected by the changing conditions in our country, and we will be affected... But instead of getting stuck there, we need to focus on the thought, "How should we continue on our path?" We need to be ready for change and transformation in our businesses in a more rational way. Either we will train our current staff well, or we will not hesitate to work with experts. Today, everything requires more serious planning. The better we can use scientific data, the closer we are to a successful future. For this reason, all of us will need to make better plans and calculations. "A smart person uses their own intelligence, a smarter person also uses the intelligence of others." Based on this saying, we need to make our decision and take action as soon as possible.
As the Aras Steel family, with the condition of remaining loyal to our slogan "Either you will keep your word, or you will only give a word you can keep!", we will continue our journey by considering all kinds of complaints, wishes, and hopes from our valued friends without exception.
